The defence for the Sloan try was as bad as anything I’ve ever seen on a football field. The lethargy we showed that entire set was appalling. To let him stroll through while Tom just stood there and basically gave up. Disgusting.

I can cop losing but I can’t cop the zombie-like effort they’ve shown in defence.

I am concerned with the sideways ‘score off every play’ approach. We’ve looked the most dangerous when we’ve run through their middle. Go wide once a set after skittling their middles. Instead, we just go wide on almost every ruck for no reason.

Clearly this group doesn't have it mentally to switch on the effort week after week. Been the same for a decade. We are light years again from top 4 and barely look like top 8 with this lack of effort. All these errors come from a team not prepared to work hard and this comes from it's leaders who are looking to take easy options.

Seems to work pretty well for a coach like Bellamy. Not suggesting every week. But this is one week that it’s required. Or are we worried someone’s feelings might get hurt.

The rot crept in last week and it’s in full affect today and I wouldn’t be surprised if we lose the next couple before we win 2 and everyone gets excited only to be brought back down from losing the three after…when have we ever won more than 2 games in a row?

The thing that hurts the most is I keep thinking our club has turned a corner and we are suddenly going to be a contender and then normal transition resumes. So disappointing.

Paulo, Talau can be dangerous with some room hopefully they step up.

Sipley is our best on the field so far.

Maybe Garrick can prove his worth at centre in the second half.

Tom and DCE, both of their confidence is shattered. Not sure how they can fix that apart from just get the basics right and be patient.
