Love a bitta Turbo captain, put in a big effort when he was given it during Origin last year and after some bad errors from him last week I really do think he's going to try and make a statement on Friday (just hopefully not too crazy because he'll end up injured!).

Navale dropped is not unexpected but a little frustrating, at least Waddell was alright v Cows but man we really don't want to play Navale do we.

No Walsh in sight is also strange, but doesn't really matter too much if he isn't going to play anyway, let him go at it in Cup again.

Jakey Arthur. We got smoked last time he started for us during Origin against Parra at CommBank but hey, that was a very different side, I think he can do the job well. Get some revenge over those guys, their fans bullied you and they kicked your Dad out!

Nice to see Croker back, last year he was a little average post injury, hopefully not the same this time round. Happy Simpkin gets to start over him, I think that's the right move.

Lodge back is very good for our forwards.

Solid overall, really should be beating those guys without Moses and Lomax, this is their team that went 1-5 pre-Moses return. Big if we can get to 6-5, and we really should. Don't muck it up please because this period is an important one with our current record and we have a fair few winnable games coming up.

I guess with Froggys return there is no room for Navalle ,and as much as I'm luke warm on Waddel ,he didn't go too bad last week and probably at this stage offers a bit more than Navalle from the bench.
It wont be an easy game though ,I have seen us crumble so many times when we have come up against allegedly weaker teams ,we need to be switched on !!

This is exactly the kind of game we lost last year. A great opportunity for our men to show if they are any better in 2025.

Remember mate he injured himself playing for us! Up until that injury he was one of our better forwards & for mine has been since the rainbow drama, of which I’m still not convinced he was the one behind the players refusing to play!
