Of the forwards only jwh would make an impact. Most of the backs would boost our round one team.

I'd have Shady Lane back and Ramien would be bloody handy at the moment. But let's face it any of those outside backs are a proven step up from Parker/Elliot/Garrick/Suli

Why is foran at 9 lol
Has he ever played hooker?? I get the point of this thread, but naming foran at hooker would be like naming someone like dce as a fullback.. Sure, he probably COULD play there, but since he never has in 20s or nrl, it would be odd to name him there..

I had left him out all together but it was the only place i could not fill.

Would want Hoppa, Whare, Hiku & Gutherson back.

No point wanting Ramien, Kelly or Green back as they all wanted to leave - or in Ramien's case, he signed with Newcastle because he wants to be closer to family so if we had have kept him we would only have had to let him go like we did Kelly & Green.

Good thread @manlyfan76! Some of them have made it known they don't want to come back, so I wouldn't take them. However, would happily have Hoppa, Whare, Lane back and definitely Buhrer, who'd be here in a heartbeat.

He played in our 2015 Holden Cup GF side alongside Knight, Ramien and Tom T.

Still not sold on Lane. Sure he went ok last year but that was because the rest of the side was so poor and devoid of attack.
Think he might struggle out at the squeels this year.

Surely Whare is a better centre than hiku?? Id take Kelly out put gutho to fb, hoppa to wing. Foz to five eighth and bring in parcell to play 9

Did he get named in the starting lineup?? I've been thinking the same thing over the off season. Thought he'd be coming off the bench at best there
