Lowe should have done the deed weeks ago, when it was so loudly trumpeted that it was a done deal.  The value of both appreciates each week.

I thought then it was a done deal. Plus he was listed as getting a 100k contract upgrade after he made the kiwi team in 09.
I always said he was the goods - glad to be right for a change.

yeah that was one report then about 2 weeks later they came out with another article saying he was yet to be signed. I cant remember who the article was from but it was a bit of an insider job.

Looks like a lot of the things attributed to Lowe are being pushed out to win over fans atm.

I don't really care as long as we secure them. 2 players like this coming through together, learning NRL together and learning thier combo together......it is a dream come true for any NRL club.

To re-sign both halves looks to be a pretty big task now.  I bet Eels are looking at Trent again, maybe Dogs too with Kimmorley looking a bit old this year. 

Matai is playing himself into a good contract also, so there's three guys we'd want to keep.  Crazy times
