First Grader
The way Canberra played on the weekend with stars to come back, they are a show.
Manly once at full strength and a few games to build cohesion are not far off a challenge.
Sharks are missing a few, but also a consideration with cattle back, especially a fit Wade Graham.
Newcastle are on a roll and have taken some big scalps convincingly along the way.
Souths , Roosters, Storm are still the teams to beat...but I have a feeling some of these other sides can give a genuine shake, especially if these top teams lose a Smith, Tedesco, Sam Burgess....be a real leveller.
This is a competition that looks likely to be far more open than anticipated, as I thought it was a simple 3 horse race, but can smell a few bolters creeping into contention....which is a good thing.....especially if Manly sneak a 4-5 finish by seasons end.
