All this talk about 5/8, I have no problem with us continuing with Walker, it seems to suit the team extremely well

Not a conventional style, but consider the results we have had with Walker at 5/8, only doing this from memory so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, his outings in the 6 this season have seen results of Win v Brisbane, Win v Melbourne, lost a few while he was out then Win v Penrith, out injured again and we lose more, comes back with a loss v Penrith that we should have won and a win today v the Sharks

When you consider our season results, then see 4 wins from 5 with Walker at 6, we would be silly not to keep trying it

A halves pairing of Walker and Cherry-Evans behind a deadly pack is one of the best around in my opinion. Walkz might not be a conventional 6 but he is a good running player who can provide a kick here and there. With Tom developing a little bit of a kicking game and Api back in the 9 next year it's a really strong idea.

My missus who understands 0 about football, said to me today, why is DCE standing behind all the players telling them where to go and be. Isn't that a bit rude?

I said babe, that's his job.

DCE's game management today was amazing. Proud of him getting that field goal.

Also looked like he had a lot of allies / buddies in the team after he kicked it.

He deserves praise today.

I still think it’s worthwhile to give Kelly a run at 5/8 at some stage even maybe try a swap with Walker for a game

The boys hung in there and came away with a much needed win. AFB was outstanding as well as Thomo. Cherry just needs to control the game with better in goal kicks to earn a repeat 6.

This is whats been lacking in his Captaining ,a bit of belief in himself and taking control...Hats off Chez.......
