One positive note from yesterday - when I went to collect my game-day tickets, having only bought my memberships online the day before, the young guy at the members ticketing collection hut was very helpful. Found me on the system immediately, and then upgraded me with no fuss to the Jane Try stand because the Fulton-Menzies stand (where I had bought) was full. Had my tickets in hand in around 3 minutes. Good work to the club in that regard.

Pretty sure the ticketing is outsourced to Ticketmaster... so we use their systems, hardware etc for the tickets and turnstiles. So while I AM glad that you got your tickets sorted out in a timely and efficient manner... it probably had stuff-all to do with the club. 🙂
