$4.6 Million apparently.
Seems like a good deal, until you realise that it was never going anywhere else, so Palaszczuk paid for something she was always going to have.. LOL!

Suncorp Stadium has clinched the 2021 NRL grand final with taxpayers set to pay $4.6 million for the historic event in what is a huge coup for the state.

Yes at least I'm glad I managed to get to Brookie before the exodus. Seeing it live as Saab scorched the famous turf and Tommy did his thing was just brilliant.
