I actually cant see us winning any of our remaining games apart from Tiges depending on which tigers side we face.. 1) Raiders will beat us , 2)Tigers 50/50 , 3) Dolphins i fear what they might do to us , 4) on current form Dragons will beat us, Warriors,, we might actually get this one maybe but depends which Manly turns up?

There isn't a lot to get excited about next season either. Our achilles heel is our forward pack and we don't seem to be very active in addressing that issue.

We're just a bottom 8 club making up the numbers. I have zero confidence in ownership, management, coach and playing roster to change that direction.

Yeah that’s the disappointing thing.

I’m wondering whether siebold wants to even continue. He must be so disappointed as well. Two of his three years in charge have been failures. There’s no way that was the expectations of Himself , Mestrov and Penn.

It’s a better tenure than Barrett but not nearly as good as des first three years.

Been great years from TKO and Jazz. Lodge has done pretty good too considering his pathway
Simpkins improves as does burbo but generally we have been pretty lacklustre and I DO NOT use that term lightly . Lacklustre

I really don’t know where to from here as it’s clear the owners are happy with mediocrity and as long as they are making money I see little change happening to suddenly elevate us into regular top 4.

Sure we can churn through more coaches , maybe we need a new one every 2 years to give us hope , but you know & I know , each coach that follows will suffer the same issues & end up with the same result, and will be sacked to be replaced by the next poor bastard wanting a crack.

Those that thought we would build after 2021 were not really watching us as a unit or any of the Top teams play. One trick pony, flat track bullies. Weak under pressure or prolonged play

Been the same for a decade or more , bar one exceptional ( Tommy) year.

I reckon it’s almost a blow up the whole thing , complete change in the footy department , complete rebuild of players ( zero loyalty , keep the hot juniors , buy the next line of hot juniors , buy one or two real top line players and try and build around them).

Be prepared to have 2-3 really lean years , as long as we are seeing improvement.

BUT it all comes down to the Penn’s, if they are happy with their ROI as it stands then I doubt they are prepared to tip in big dollars for this to happen.
