How will we attract players

100% right on buying our way out.
A quick fix is not the answer anymore.
I'd be prepared to be patient, buying young and developing our own.
But NEVER in 44 years of following Manly have I seen such a lack of success in all 3 grades.
That concerns me the most along with the sacking of 2 of those grades successful coaches and keeping Willo the jub.

In tough times or end of an era you need youth to regenerate a team. Our club has frittered away this with the demise of our Holden cup team from last year. We had a chance to fix things but as a club blew it. Heads should roll over this!!

Well your uncle might know more than I know, we've lost a lot of matches this year but it doesn't feel the same to me at all.

For them to feature in a GF, and let most of those young guys sign elsewhere is probably the biggest disappointment for me in 2016.
