It’s always good to see a young player get a chance but I don’t think it’s the right call yet for a 18 year old with such little Rugby League experience. This is something Tigers have been doing for years now & it constantly gets them no where. Definitely one for the future but I think he should finish the year out in reserve gradeYep give him a go.
Hart in for Haumole*
Waddell back to bench, Caleb in for Sips.
* I've never actually seen him play, but I'm sure he's good!
Ok, you talked me into it 🙂It’s always good to see a young player get a chance but I don’t think it’s the right call yet for a 18 year old with such little Rugby League experience. I'm torn on this. He's probably better than Waddell and I think yesterday proved once and for all that we aren't winning the premiership this year. We are also pretty safe from the spoon. So I'd be all for blooding some guys. It’s always good to see a young player get a chance but I don’t think it’s the right call yet for a 18 year old with such little Rugby League experience. Yea that’s good points mate, I wouldn’t mind to see any of them get a chance either if we can’t make finals. Just think it might be a bit too much pressure to put them in for must win games currently.I'm torn on this. If even a couple of them are ready for first grade by next year we should have a very strong side.Yea that’s good points mate, I wouldn’t mind to see any of them get a chance either if we can’t make finals. Just think it might be a bit too much pressure to put them in for must win games currently.
I like having Laiafi, Walsh, Willet, Zaidas & Hart all grinding together in Cup to make the next level. Only good things can come from them all pushing each other for the same goal. Got the potential to be something special in the near future if they kick on & the Large boys stick around.
Considering the second rowers we now have, why not?Yep give him a go.

If I didn't know better, I would say great recruitment... because it is us, I'm suspicious why he didn't go to the sombreros!I’m not going to anoint another Queenslander who may or may not succeed but all I can say is he absolutely killed it in schoolboy Rugby , fast , mobile , tough , great footy brain.
By far the most outstanding forward in the GPS schools competition last year.
Take from that what you will.
Ahh karate. Batfink - another classic. Well done. Probably wouldn’t get passed the PC police today though.
Does he have a brother? Hart to Hart. This thread is all Hart!
Just sayin’
He’d be 18 or 19 , he was in the Nudgee College First XV last year ( they are probably the premier Rugby college , very often winning the annual competition ).I tried to find Hugo Hart's age but I was unsuccessful and I've never seen him play. From those who know, does he have the physical capabilities to be playing (in the forwards) in 1st grade ? Obviously he's big enough to step up to reserves, I'd just hate to see him rushed along when maybe 1 more off season might make all the difference.
