I looked at our roster two years ago and if you look back at my posts, I think predicted 2021 for a premiership however, I think it’s more likely 2024

Why?

1) Penrith will dominate the next three years along with Melbourne however, we’ll make semi finals
2) Manly’s juniors will come through and by 2024 we’ will have at least 6 players who will be from two families in the team and a squad the envy of every other team.

We are a chance this year but we can't afford another Newcastle performance. To make the top 4 likely we need to win 11 from the remaining 12 games. The top 8 cut off likely to be 28 points so we need at least 6 more wins to make the 8. In 2011 and 2013 we won 9 of our last 12 rounds to make the GF but not after losing 4 straight games at any stage of either season. So it is possible provided the injury and refereeing gods are smiling on us.
