Ricky may be a good coach technically, but he is not a people person when it comes to footy.

From the accounts I've heard from 2 people involved with him re footy- great bloke away from footy, way to intense when it involves footy- players are scared of him basically.

Sounds like another coach we all know. They'll probably end up with similar coaching records. Could've been great but lacked the personality/people skills to have their players run through brick walls for them.
