It is a round of beers at the pub for a year.

Like I said I would hate to think the state of the site of many many people had not chipped in their hard earned over the years... it would look like any other supporter site which is far from ideal

By a country mile it’s so far in front of all the others ( and yes I’ve visited them all at least once for a look).

I just wonder if people now are more attuned to Facebook / Twitter / Instagram , I’m a member of a few of those pages ( not many) and they get thousands joining.

Hope it’s not the beginning of the end ( and I don’t mean immediately but the simple fact is once it becomes a major cost it might or might not make it in the long term).

I wonder wether an annual fee for everyone ( say $10) mightn’t be worth considering with perhaps a “ view only no posting” with advertisements for free option.

Then Premium to eliminate the advertisements.

Then tipping Comp becomes more of a fun thing with a cash prize of say 75% of the proceeds as the prize, the rest to the site.

Anyway, some things to consider.

Not that Dan ever would but I think that if you are not a premium member / tipping comp member you should not be able to start threads. Comment yes but not start a discussion
