Jason Saab

He had a bad game last night there’s no doubt but he has been good overall this year & deserves the chance to redeem himself next game. He seems to always take a game or 2 to get back into form after missing games
and then he gets another injury and misses another 4 weeks. Always injured ....

Talau doesn't fit with this team, nor Lehi. They both possess football intelligence and make few mistakes under pressure.
We could do a lot worse than giving Talau a run in the back row replacing Haumole for a few weeks. We have two byes so time to get him up to speed defensivly over the next two weeks. (Which in all reality would be as much as “see that guy (points to dce) he’s defending outside you, so you’re f$&@ed anyway”.). He’s big enough and physical enough. Could spell him Waddell if needed.

Yeah, because where the exact opposite of a progressive club and unfortunately you can tack a year on Saab’s signing, his with us till the end of 29.
And that's exactly the problem @Rafferty. Another reason I hate these long contracts. His future is settled now so there's no need to impress or play at his best to have to fight for a contract. He probably figures he's done what he needs to earn him such a contract. He just has to show up and play.

Maybe I’ve got my tin foil hat on too tight but do we think the long, high value contracts offered to Saab and Shuster had anything to do with the Keith case? Not suggesting anything untoward but maybe signings based on emotion from the clubs end?

Dropped to NSW Cup according to SMH. Croker also dropped.

Turbo moved to centres, Hoppa at fullback, presumably Garrick to right wing?

What the hell is going on.
