Needs to go and concentrate on track and field, since there is no use for speed if you can't break tackles or tackle.
These game or 2's should be in NSW cup thenHe had a bad game last night there’s no doubt but he has been good overall this year & deserves the chance to redeem himself next game. He seems to always take a game or 2 to get back into form after missing games
Maybe you are right but Clayton last week was not good either. Id rather have Saab as he can break open a game at any point just from freakish speed. These game or 2's should be in NSW cup then
Sorry but IMO he has been rubbish and broken this year.He had a bad game last night there’s no doubt but he has been good overall this year & deserves the chance to redeem himself next game. He seems to always take a game or 2 to get back into form after missing games
I remember long time ago, there was a player (not sure who he played for) has issues with his hand / drop ball. His club got his eyes tested and found he had a problem with his sights and once they dealt with this, his became a decent player. Not sure if we should do this to see if it is something that needs fixing off the field.I love Saab’s speed & the whole shut the gate feeling once he’s in open space with the ball, but I’ve NEVER felt confident in his defensive abilities & ability to hit the ball up from inside our 40.
Yes, he’s improved in hitting the ball up but he’s still not convincing as a line breaker.
Unfortunately he’ll never fill out physically to be as solid as Tupou because if his genetics - he’s of Nigerian stock & they are genetically tall & lean.
I also think he suffers from a bit of “imposter” syndrome (a couple of seasons ago when he said his father told him he had to start ripping in & not worry about getting hurt gave me that impression) which affects his confidence.
giving out ridiculously long contracts seems to be a manly norm. nothing makes a player more slack than easy money for five or ten years. Dce is a perfect exampleHe looks disinterested and no desire.
Can’t believe he is signed till 2029, absurd.
100% and its not just slacking off, form slumps, injuries, perhaps players get to old and to slow, the game moves on, we need to remain as flexible as possible, sure building a squad is good but 3 years with options in the clubs favour should be toward the upper limit.giving out ridiculously long contracts seems to be a manly norm. nothing makes a player more slack than easy money for five or ten years. Dce is a perfect example

I think Talau is better than Faulalo and should be Saab’s replacement when Hoppa returns.Faulolo has shown in a handful of first grade appearances, that there is more upside to his game than there is with Saab’s.
I agree and I would prefer to keep both Talau and Faulolo - over the clumsy one trick pony Saab - any day of the week.I think Talau is better than Faulalo and should be Saab’s replacement when Hoppa returns.
