If we lose Matai, he could be a reasonable signing for us, not that I think we will sign any outsiders this year

We are still ok in the forward area, but he could just bring something a bit different, he is a bloody hard player, a lot of dirt in him too, but he would be a different type of back rower to what we have at the moment

I rate both Jeremy Smith & Adam Blair......and they are both Kiwis so they would be very receptive to Lowey

He has had some injury concerns this season, last year he was great for them

He is just a different forward to what we have, plenty of niggle in him, which I would expect from a Christchurch lad haha. If we were wanting an aggressor for the pack, he could be a man to look at

Signing Gasnier means they need to off load 2 or 3 players.

nope because they got a part salary cap exception for signing him back to the NRL

The exception relate to players from Rugby that are under the age of 21 years old I thought
