Surprised this article isn't on here, so here goes posting it:

Basically some players at risk of suspension in finals next week if charged in round 25.

Note Aloiai and Sipley 'at risk' (another good reason to rest Aloiai tomorrow).

Other players on the at risk list of significance include NAS (on report tonight).

It's pretty simple, and this is mainly directed at you Sam Burgess, don't be a dickhead in the first place and you wouldn't need to front any type of court, let alone a 'kangaroo court'.

This is why the system is so flawed. So 243 of 295 charges this year have been grade 1 offences. So there has only really been 52 bad offences in 200 games. That's 1 every 4 games yet we are still seeing players miss big games and finals for minor offences, its just stupid!!! Like I said in a previous post we need to simplify it and just grade each incident on its own merit. Taking out grade 1 offences there would be only a handful of repeat offenders out of the 500 players that have played NRL this year. The whole carry over points and priors is just ridiculous.
Maybe we can simplify it where grade 1 offences don't count as carry over or priors etc so its only the bad (grade 2 or over) that permit the carry over and priors. This way only the real bad ones are being penalised if you are a repeat offender. What are peoples thoughts?
