We don’t need Staggs. We’ve still got to fit young Hoppa into the side. Funa is apparently progressing well after injury and then there’s Schuster as well, if he stays.

If Walker keeps developing as a 5/8, where would you fit them all? Staggs would be after big money and the only way I see that happening is if Walker is let go, which I don’t think will happen. I think he’ll take ‘unders’ to stay.

I think Des is happy with the roster with so many young guys coming through. He may tinker with it a bit, but it smells of 2008 to 2011 when the young guys came through then.

Chris White played quite a few i st grade games for Manly back in the early nineties or so . Quite a rugged type of forward from memory and could take some punishment . Probably came through the Bronco"s

When Thompson finishes next year would love a player like Josh Jackson who is off contract next year on 600k like for like money, or talk of Matterson from Tigers on only 350k, he is a gun and isn't happy there.
