I see they are talking about an 8 point spread - but the Parramatta game result was only 4 points. Does that mean that game doesn't count for alleged match fixing?

Yeah totally agree. There is nothing to this fairy tale. The club hasn't even been contacted by the law enforcement agency - just shows what a complete joke this whole thing is. I hope the club commences defamation charges against those entities that have been spreading these rumours. Disgusting

The fix is allegedly by some players. The Club would not be contacted by the Police in any case as they are actually the wronged party.
This rumoured bet story was first raised back in January. Media and police are still working through the mire of rumours.
Don't expect anything to be formalized for months, or even longer.
Oh goody we get to be the brunt of jokes for the rest of the year, can't wait for that!!

Ive refrained from commenting on this thus far, as it's nothing more than allegations at this stage, and those from a shady underworld character...
If it's true........well I'll be absolutely gutted. One thing we've always had is integrity, and this will be hugely damaging to that corner stone of our club.
However, until it's a PROVEN FACT, I'll wait and see and hope that I'm correct in placing my trust in the players, and that they're giving their all for this proud club.
