Why does the coach need to lift the players spirits …. They are not kids! They are paid to do a job …. If they don’t like it they can do a DCE and just leave … can’t they?

I watch all their games with the other half and trust me buy it Rafferty, they are a mess. They have one win in their last 6 and can hardly score points. Their attack is worse than ours.

Not saying they won’t come out and beat us, but they are not a good footy team right now.

Somethings going on for sure, but they are a good footy team, they’re not playing good footy, why? Recalling Tiger town and hearing some of the rumblings, Madge seems most likely the issue, remembering some of the players have form on their side around the Seibs episode, maybe they just want him out of there and will throw away another season to do it, who knows and who really cares.

They definitely aren’t travelling real well, but nor are we, in saying that I can’t see us beating them, even with their piss poor record at Brookie and ll their other dramas, besides we have our issues and their bench looks way to strong for ours, whatever will be will be. But it will be great if we can add to their grief.

Faulalo shouldn't be anywhere near this first grade team. He has been downright terrible with the opportunities he has been given.

Maybe I was watching different games but I thought he has been OK with the chances he has gotten? Downright terrible is a massive stretch. The Warriors game where he played centre for the first and only time in top grade is probably the only one I can remember where he played poorly, but otherwise he’s put in decent efforts and often when we’ve been badly outplayed.

Plenty of things to worry about with our team tonight, Faulalo playing is not really near the top of that list for mine.

Because that’s part of being a coach. A huge part. Keeping morale and motivation high is part of the package. The players aren’t robots
