^ yay!

Just had a look at Matai's sin binning.

There he was on the ground...with his hands and arms stretched wide to show he isn't holding on to anyone...with sims lying on top of him...

and it's a professional foul, worthy of 10 in the bin. Not even just a penalty for slowing the play down (which he wasn't doing), but 10 in the bin. (It wasn't worth either.)

fmd what a crock!

Thank goodness he didn't have hold of sims and pushing him off the ball as per Norman. Matai'd be banned for life!

I can't agree. It was a professional foul. Steve tried to make it look like he was not at fault, but of course he was slowing down the play. Most footballers in his situation would have done the same. Call it 'gamesmanship'.
However, there should also be a 5-minute sin bin, so that would allow the ref to decide on the severity of the professional foul.

I agree with both @globaleagle & @The Who ..

It was definitely an attempt to slow the play down, but not nearly in the same league as Norman's.

And yeah, Steve would cop a week or two's rest of his was as bad lol..
