I thought our forwards held the middle well tonight against a relentless pack.

Our outside backs were horrible, all their tries out wide. Jorge just comes in too often and not necessary

Yes true and they can dominate in games when the ball can be kept in the centre of the ruck. We have had some great wins in games that are played that way. As I said it wasnt rally about tonights game, just an overall feeling.

I reckon we need to a mobile player to replace Thommo and maybe rid ourselves of both Waddell and Jetski for more mobile forwards.

I also dislike the way Jake is used as a tackling machine and bettering ram.

Anyway after a loss like this is not the best time to discuss such things.

Speed athleticism size is the modern game. We are being left behind. Three quarter line is embarrassing. The season stats are awful. Their play is awful. If we run Parker Garrick and co out again that will do me.

it’s just so hard to watch.

Garrick was one of our best.

There is not much a coach can do when there is no lower grade competition running to keep fringe players match fit.

One player that seems to escape scrutiny is Suli. Maybe he is not getting ball in space, but he needs to get far more involved in taking the ball up.

To be fair, they were just too good tonight. We couldn’t go with them but I’d like to have seen how we’d have gone, with the same side as last week and Dylan on the bench for Croker.

Yeah, all-meat diet or not, Siro is an injury waiting to happen. Early reports at least suggest it's not serious, but he needs a rest to get his body right.

Cleary getting a lot of wraps but whole side around him playing well.

DCE thought played terrific, 2 try assists, 40-20, at least 2 or 3 try savers. But some of the weak performance in defence, especially out wide was pathetic.
