Rained a fair bit this morning but has cleared up now. Some chance of more rain later today around game time, but hopefully it holds off

Smart footy first today, both the warriors and the knights paid the price yesterday, especially the wahs, think they started the second half 13 from 13 completions wise, they had Melbourne, then sadly, lost their way as they so-often do, like Webster said in the presser their application was their, they just fail to manage their respect and discipline for the ball, cost them 2 points, they owned Melbourne through the middle and should of won, hopefully we‘ll respect the ball today, make the chooks work so we can expose their middle, couple of nice inside balls for our 1 and 3, our 6 may even find some joy through their middles later today. Looking forward to a strong 80 again and knocking the chooks over.

The rain's cleared on the Northern Beaches and fingers crossed stays away till after the game.

My concerns are whether we can contain their tall wingers, overcome their aggressive pack and not be goaded into undisciplined footy (ala Brown). Looking forward to seeing Brooks in Manly colours at Brookie.

Hopefully the weather Gods are on our side and a packed house will get us the win. It's so good to be back home....Go Manly!

Well last week on the smaller field we looked way more dangerous in attack compared to the Roosters. I am expecting this week the likes of Tom, Koula and Brooks will really cause the Roosters a lot of headaches and indecision, and if DCE is on his game a 13+ win to Manly is very very doable. But yes, like others have said, our kicking game will be very important today, especially our long kicking game, so we need a big one from Chez to keep turning those big Roosters boys around.

Just checked a couple of sites, both ssying rain and a possible storm between 4pm to 6pm can you believe it.

The rain is mostly off shore at the moment and running to the south. The wind is predicted to change to come from the East and that is the danger for us later I think. It hasn’t happened yet though so we might get lucky.

Just move the game over to Hong Kong Stadium. Overcast and 23 today... and we can fit a few more in... not to mention, having some decent facilities.

I reckon he’ll be gone by mid season and will be in the 6 at another club. Just a feeling.
