Top efforts from TRed and Api tonight - nowhere near as flashy as his game against Souths but he played smart and tackled incredibly well. Always looks like he just loves being out there, too. Great to watch as a fan and must be a nice boost for his teammates.
Warriors were a little off their game but I thought we looked strong and determined from the opening defensive set. Great to get a win.
And RTS might have twinkle toes but he really needs to work on his defence…

Now this is a much better feeling - it's what it has always felt like to be a Manly supporter. Welcome back Manly!

Agreed! Especially Api. How good was he in defence when he started ripping In there! Loved that...
66minute mark....two big hits on massive forwards....goes to Johnson who kicks out on the full....a huge momentum shift.
If Api keeps improving weekly like he has tonight compared to last week....DCE....coming off the bench!lol

They did turn up, we were better, not lucky, better.
Sorry, I don't agree with the highlighted part. That was a very poor Warriors performance tonight. Yes, we were better... better than the garbage the warriors dished up. I think we finished out the game very well, but it needs to be put in perspective of what the opposition was offering too.

Symonds was amazing. I hope we don't see him riding the pine anymore through injury.

Anyone know why Parcell was brought off with around 5-10 to go?

Solid all round effort. Most certainly felt like the Manly of old.

The warriors played as well as we let them.

Manly have claimed their third win of the season, getting the better of the Warriors 34-18 at Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday night.

A double to Steve Matai, and tries to Martin Taupau, Josh Starling and Tom Trbojevic, plus the faultless boot of captain Jamie Lyon was enough for the visiting side to take the two points back to Sydney.

More to come"

It's true the 2 points will be handed over to manly in the sheds, and Jamie will escort them back on the plane, to be lodged at nrl hq. At that point the ladder will be updated.

The Warriors should deadset ask the NRL if they could never play us during the regular season. It's almost a guaranteed loss for them once the draw is announced.

Snake will go his entire career without losing a match to them

Just phone Trent- he was tired

T-Red... boy has he upped his intensity in his last 2 games. Running hard and tackling harder!

Special mention to Api's D. The big forwards think they're gonna trample him and he levels them everytime @:D I just chuckle everytime someone tries it
