Even to sneak into 8th place, we need to win 7 of our last 12 games (i.e. improve on the first half of the season). And for 75% of those games we had Tom - we may have him for 25% from here.

Well that sucks, but that also means teams below Manly need to win 8 of the last 12, what are the chances of that?

On the whole, worse than I expected.
Even to sneak into 8th place, we need to win 7 of our last 12 games (i.e. improve on the first half of the season). And for 75% of those games we had Tom - we may have him for 25% from here.

Tom is due back round 18, only 3 games to go. The timing of the injury couldn't have been better as it includes 2 byes and we will most likely have him for 19 and 20 which he most likely would've missed if he played origin. If he makes it back on schedule he will have only played 3 less games for us than he would've played if fully fit and picked for origin.

Two of them have not yet had a bye, so it is actually easier for Easts and NQ. Probably 6/11.
