Obviously he has problems, but wonder if on the cheap he'd be a good pick up. He must be highly rated around the traps for the money thrown up.

Big thing here is Ferris would have to inspire him and motivate him.

The kid is only 19 . He needs to be mothered and Trent is known to be a players coach . Suli just needs some good mothering and Trent can do the job .

Thanks for pulling me into line.. I understand he is just a kid Very young and probably doesn't comprehend the talent and opportunities he's had. Despite this, 2 clubs have obviously tried to work with him and have gotten nowhere . Sometimes these kids need to dig a few trenches to appreciate what they have. Not sure what TB could do about fixing this attitude?

On a serious note, I think the right mentor can get him in the right mental frame and Trent having a reputation of being a players coach is the right mentor .

I think the problem is he's on massive $$ for a kid his age and the level of his maturity. He thinks he just needs to roll out of bed and he'll earn it. If I was a club paying big $$ for a player would expect him to get with the program on and off the field. I'm sure they've tried to mentor and support the kid short of shaking his cck after going to the toilet. If he can't get motivated by the privilege of playing in the NRL on big $$ doing something you love., not sure what else TB can do ?

Every coach has a different approach and with every sacking a player comes closer to the reality of pulling his head in or losing it completely .
At 19 he is only a kid that needs a good mother and Trent is the mother of all coaches
