Our engine room was enormous tonight. Jake's effort to back up for the full 80 after Origin and run for 128 and make 45 tackles.....wow.

One thing that was pleasing to see.....Cust has a kicking game.

I'll take the Duck over Jetski any day. Jetski misses far too many important man on man tackles and impeding a front rower on a kick chase is reserve grade. Stupid mistake and he's taking up someone elses spot.

Api's apathy was the reason behind the momentum shift in the first half when we were well on top. He pushed a stupid offload while we were working out of our half following our second try. We had momentum and were dominating. Within two sets after Api's slack effort, Cows were in and took our momentum away.

Stuff like that is not obvious and always noticeable, we lose it in all the sizzling stuff he does... but, undoubtedly handed Cows momentum and belief.
