New recruitment officer

I read in an interview with Scotty last week that we had signed a new recruitment officer.
Now I'm buggered if I can find it anywhere.
Can anyone shed any light on this individuals identity?
I'm sure I didn't dream it but who knows these days. It's possible !!

It was in I think, bulldog Ritchie's article on Scott's hunt for a new CEO, but I can't find evidence of it.
It was only about a week ago and Scott mentioned that he had just appointed the recruitment dude.
I'm gunna check what's in my tea bags I think.
