Penn Sport to purchase Manly-Warringah League Club premises for $7.5 million
The Manly-Warringah Rugby League Club Limited has agreed terms with Penn Sport for the sale of the Club’s premises at 563 Pittwater Road, Brookvale for $7.5 million.
Club Chairman, Bob Reilly, said the sale, which will need to be ratified by members next month, provided the club with a springboard for the future.
“The deal will allow us to retire all outstanding bank debt,†Mr Reilly said.
