Tedesco is spewing about being taken off![]()
Not misty eyed?Always get a little moist when $ouffs lose 😉
We lost Snake and Matai for the season so souths have no excuses 🙂Looks like the Goanna has played his first and last game for season 2017, Fox reporting an ACL for Inglis.
I don't wish injuries on any player, but that makes it just that little bit easier next weekend for us.
GI will not recover well as this was his good knee - Age gets us allLooks like the Goanna has played his first and last game for season 2017, Fox reporting an ACL for Inglis.

Johnston goes ok back there, more consistent than Inglis.

I remember us doing this with shearer a couple of times. Wonderfully exciting stuff, the whole crowd stand up and watch the sprint.I hope Twenty was watching how easy it is to score a try from a scrum with a kick to a chasing winger. It was refreshing to see this tactic used last night - and Inglis had so much time to gather and score it was ridiculous.
Posters on Silvertails have been recommending this tactic for at least five years, but coaches prefer to put a plodding front rower at 5/8 to die with the ball.
A scrum is the best, and easiest, place to attack from. Just look at how backlines used it to attack in the 1960s and 70s. Nowdays it is even easier with the fullback often packing into the scrum.
I can't see why this tactic shouldn't become as widely used as the sixth tackle kick-and-hope scenario.

That picture is a real worry if you look at it closely.
It is only a real worry if you look at it and take it seriously .That picture is a real worry if you look at it closely.
