Then he started to ref Riff errors only and the Rorters won by 2 off a forward pass try

Thanks Eagles...Though I'm still pissed off at Manly for last weeks game. Nothing better than seeing Souths lose but it wasn't to be...I thought Turbo was great though...Anyway we seem to have recovered from last year and I think Keary is a good replacement for losing Maloney. And Gordon is a safe choice but without being outstanding.Cheers!

Mate what an absolute disgrace from the officials tonight. Brings back memories from 2013. GF. Sorry I'm losing interest in the NRL, refs deciding games on a regular basis now. And then Boyd the bum chin Cordner raves on about grinding out a win. Hello! You received every call, not just the 50/50 calls, every call to the point of total ridiculousness. What a farkin disgrace. Now to sit back and watch the Cowboys get the rub of the green.

I completely agree with you about refs deciding matches - it's become the trademark of the so-called "modern game." So sick of the inconsistencies. Just too many needless penalties which determine winners and outrageously bad decisions game after game. Oh yeah, and favourite teams getting the so-called "rub of the green." The time has come to remove the kick for touch when a team receives a penalty. Take six tackles from where you would at least help negate the "piggyback" down the field which is just a lottery at present.
