Not a bad side

At the end last night we had this sitting on the sidelines

1. Trbojevic
2. Taufua
3. Walker
4. Suli
5. Hopoate
6. Croker
7. DCE
8. Fonua-Blake
9. Koroisau
10. Sipley

Nearly a pretty decent run on 13 there, toss Hodkinson, Funa, Kaio, Metcalf etc into the mix and nearly half our 30 was out

Great efforts all round at the mo

It would be interesting to see if there is a trend to more injuries in NRL, or maybe we are just having a bad run. Correction, a terrible run.

Case in point... Siro started at #6, then moved out to second row, and I have no idea where he finished.
I felt sorry for our forward pack acting as fill in centres.

Perhaps they'll stop teasing our backs and grow to appreciate their speed and agility along the edges

Given that most of the tries were scored from bad fullback positioning on a kick, and our attack just didn't quite have the fluency, if you add Tommy Turbo to that side I reckon we would have won. I also thought the Suli injury was the turning point for us, he was playing really well.

I like Elliott for his effort and he is a reasonable sub for the occasional game however time and time again he is out of position for kicks etc. Snake & Slater were masters of being in the right place when a kick came through.
