NRL drug problem fail

I've finally worked out why the NRL is having so much trouble with drugs. It's all in the rehab. We send all our lads to Thailand on some special retreat, a peaceful paradise. It's the wrong country!! We should be sending them to the Philippines, a much better reception awaits them there courtesy of the President
