Though rest assured, they still suck, are as dodgy as hell and still haven't made inroads into Melbourne despite all the hand ups they're given. As the season is upon us, I guess their #1 fan who posts here is dusting off the keyboard to let us all know how much better they are and how Manly do everything wrong.

Despite the Sharks being pretty rusty and off pace that first half it's been another pretty high intensity first-round game. But never mind, the Broncos are up next in their usual prime time slot to dish up some dross.

The Raiders and Sharks did look fairly even on paper, but in reality that's not the case, so far. Yes the viking clap may have swayed it lol

Actually, the back 3 for the Sharkies have been garbage tonight. Moylan a bit DCE hot and cold... Hynes has been quite good in a clunky backline, but tackled with the ball too often on the 5th.

I would happily have Finucane and his temperament at Manly.

I remember when touchies had the balls to run on the field and interrupt play when they saw something the referee missed. These days their only function seems to be putting their flag up near where a ball went into touch, and judging if a goal has been kicked or not.

Penalty for rolling and not playing the ball against Souths earlier. So random a penalty given the amount of players who do/don't do it and will not be called going forward when the NRL desire for speed and more speed in the game takes precedence.
