not a bad article.
I think there were lots of postives out of 2005 we show we could tough out a win eg(melbourne rd3, roosters and brisbane and brookie) We hammered newcastle and souths but then sadly we let souths return the favour.

But then a few too many times we slipped in to 2003 and 2004 mode, thats what i see as dessys biggest challenge for 06 no relapses.

I think that unlike 2003 and 2004 when our attack was our strength i thought in 2005 it was our weakness our defence except for a few games i wont mention was improved. Our attack looked unorganised and boring, we relyed on the brillance of our back row to create chances instead of our halves.

Hopefully M orford will change that.

I hope that Orford lives up to expectation, that the backrow do just as well and our front row rotation is more consistent in both attack and defence.

Our big issue is five-eighth and goal-kicking. Centres should be better and Stewie will further improve.

I am all for positivity if it doesn't ignore the problems but I am not into thick syrup!!!!

I guess it comes down to the fact if you want to put your head in the sand, go for it. But if you want to be realistic about our chances of succeeding without being delussional look at positives and negatives.
