I’m trying really hard not to be critical but Garrick is not a fb. He’d be better placed putting Funa their if he ain’t picking Hoppa or Metcalf. He might be able to catch a bomb Reubs but his positional play is awful. Reynolds will be kicking his lips. Man I hope I’m wrong about this. AFB a late in wood be great but it better not be at Keppe or olakataus expense.

I expected as much, we don't really have any one else though, just going to have to win it with the team available.

If you watched Metcalf during the trials he would be not better than garrick. Got man handled and ran over by bigger players. He would be just as much a liability atm

We can win it, just got to be more consistent for 80 mins but our pack can get us home

Yep, Metcalf is definitely too small for FB, and tbh no point playing him if he's not here next year.

I'm not surprised about AFB at all. As I predicted yesterday in the "team this week" thread, after seeing the injury update I thought he'd be back early.

At least with AFB and Marty back, it's not all bad and our forwards pack is as good as if not better than the Rabbits.

Agree. With the return of Marty, the form of Keppie and Paseka and potential of AFB lining up - we certainly get them in the forwards. There bench isn’t outstanding either.

Is Aladdin afB? He will replace Guac and waddell will like always be the 2nd rower on the bench. Cant have 2 2nd rowers when fonua blake is available. I think its all des' bs mind games that dont work
