Brookie has a novelty factor for the Private school people. It will quickly wear off if they ever have to play at Brookie full time

In my opinion having the Rah Rahs at Brookie is great news and they should be encouraged to make it their home ground. Why? Because then the demands for an upgrade of the ground will be much stronger and the argument for a northen stadium argument would have a two pronged attack, especially with the State Government and the local council. Bring it on.

I have been saying for years that the only way Brookvale Oval is going to get the money it needs for either continued upgrades or even a complete re-build a-la Cumberland Oval / Parramatta Stadium / Western Sydney Stadium (or whatever its going to be called) is to get more tenants at the ground, either A-League or Super Rugby, even if those respective codes play 2-3 games per season there.

While Manly are the only real tenants of the ground, Brookvale isn't going to get squat.

Like Manly the Tahs find new ways to lose. Dominated territory & possession but too often came up with a duck egg like Manly did against the Chooks. They also scored 3 tries to 2 but gave up too many soft kickable penalties.
