With the Broncos getting smashed last night this is the raiders opportunity to go level with them and go a big way in front of them on f/a.

The only way this isn't a raiders win is if they start to throw the ball around before earning the right to and we somehow are switched in attack.

We are checked out and anyone who says otherwise must be watching a different game to me over the past few weeks.

I think the final score will be 44-10 and raiders will get 8th.

The WORST thing about this round is it's all about what might have been. When we hit the turning point (the St George game with our three best defenders out with covid), Canberra were a bit of an annoyance, nothing more. Now we're also-rans and they are in contention.

Something Des has to focus on for the whole team in the off-season. We are getting lapped in that department. It looks like lack of enthusiasm that's how bad it is.

No chance in Hell. We were still in the hunt for a top 8 finish a few weeks ago and 7 of our players chose for their own reason (that has been discussed to death) to not play and effectively **** the season. Why the **** would they even given a remote **** when there is nothing to play for. Nothing.

Yes, I think it is possible. One motivation would be for players to take pride in their own performances. They all know they can play better than their recent games. Maybe DCE will stand up?

However, I don't have any expectations for the game. To me, the Raiders look stronger on paper. I notice that Albert Hopoate has been called up - think he'll be marking Tuipulotu with Vaega marking Rapana (?). I am looking forward to seeing Koula's second game as fullback.
