Of all the things that drive me bonkers about Des, the holding of the young gun on the bench til the last 5 minutes is the one that absolutely does me in.
I can't believe he can't see the harm it does to both the player and the team. Not to mention us supporters!

I think it’s good for the player! They get a good nights sleep and don’t stress all morning pre game.
