3. Aloiai - without his go forward we go nowhere
2. Turbo - nothing to say
1. DCE - great kicking game but again just reinforces that if our forwards dont win the battle he is poor

3. Josh A - phenomenal first game back. Showed what hes capable. Can he do it week in week out? Remains to be seen.
2. Daly - was finally given some time to move, responded with one of his best ever kicking performances.
1. Harper - others may have been better, but this was a big step back in the right direction considering how bad hes been lately.

Honourable mentions to Tom, Jake and Davey.

3 - DCE. He may not be the most consistent but when he's on, he's a special player.
2 - Oshay. Guy is a beast. The Tigers fans would not have enjoyed watching him create havoc.
1 - Tom. Because he's Tom.

Koula was very good. He's a first grader. His defence was impressive.
Does Foz know how to bludge ? Fantastic again.
Paseka had some great runs.

3 - DCE - been very critical of him lately but easily the best player on the park today
2 - Aloiai - the reason we won IMO. Made Marty, Keppie & Paseka look like fools by actually getting involved, making big charges and helping our go forward immensely
1 - Turbo - standard great performance

Aloiai was injured at the end of last year I am certain. He is all quality and all mongrel

I think what I saw was an electricity and dynamism that Harper and Parker don't have. They are both solid (Harper has struggled lately) centres....but to me the fear factor isn't there if I was the opposing centre. I definitely thought at times the Raiders were on edge when he got the ball.

Whilst Killer and Matai were different players to Koula, they instilled fear in opposition. Killer with his all round football brains and pure skill, and Matai with his absolute ball busting runs...and even more deadly tackles.
I do think he was better than Harper last week though..... So there is merit in what you say.
