MVP: Rd 4 v Storm

3. Koula, was on today.
2. Haumole, was starved of ball in the first 40.
1. Hoppa, tried hard, had an error though was safe enough.

No one gets any positive points for the second half.

3 Koula stepped up today. I can't remember him playing better.

2 Ola knocked over grant in the first half, pushed munster away with disdain in the second. Strong runs. Developing his passing game this year.

1 Bully strong running again

3. Haumole. Anyone who makes Grant and Munster look silly in one game gets three points from me. Again, he's our only terrifying forward.
2. Koula. That was his best game at centre for a while.
1. Faulalo just shading L'il Hoppa for the one point. I like to think of this as the Kurt Capewell Memorial Glory Hole Award: it could have gone either way.

Top shelf on the one point award.

Tough one this.

3 - Koula
2 - Haumole
1 - Brooks

Burbo would have gotten my last point but he was more rocks than diamonds today. But he wasn't alone, that's for certain.

Like Ray Vaega, Clayton Faulalo isn't first grade quality. But I'll give him this, he doesn't stop trying.

3 - Koula. At least he troubled the defence.
2 - Ola. Was hard to handle.
1 - Lehi. He's always solid.

Thought Burbo had one of his best games in a long time.

3 Haumole Manly's new leader
2 Koula - he was too hot for Storm to handle
1 - Burbo - his best game? Made a lot of quite effective runs

Honourable mentions Hoppa Brooks and Clayton

3 Haumole - I wonder how long until he wants out.
2 Koula - always dangerous his defence was good also.
1 Bully - a powerhouse off the bench.

Luke Brooks 9 missed tackles? Just wow.

Vaega also not first grade standard.

Koula
Olakau’atu
Lehi

Brbo to lock or dropped. He offers zero in the 2nd row. Slow, misses tackles. Very disappointing today. Jrbo also average today. Not sure what to do but our middles got owned today. Paseka & Aloiai were missed big time. Apart from Olakau’atu & Bully our forwards were owned.
