First and second half was annoying, DCE's ballplaying to me was not good enough for someone of his experience against a mid table at best Titans team especially at home.

Foran offered quality ball in hand options and directness to make a mark in the game, even Walker looked more direct and a danger at the line with the ball.

Watching slow lethargic Jake be a link man and DCE over complicate or lack ballplaying composure makes watching our games too frustrating to watch.

At the moment it's only DCE's kicking game that is offering value and his inspirational fitness levels.

Watching Manly at the moment really is no fun, but can't complain we are winning games playing poorly against mid table quality at best.

When our ball movement improves the go forward will improve and the defence will shape up better in good field position, our intensity needs to pick up also but there is only so much our fitness levels and the types of players we have in our squad can deliver in this regard.
To be honest, after our first half performance we really should have put the Titans away but allowed them to build momentum which is a little worrying. Watching the game after ours, we are definitely going to need to lift our intensity to keep up with the big boys. Next week's game against the Sharks is probably good timing as it is going to tell us a lot about where we are at now that we are a few games in.

For anyone interested, the Dally M votes went this way (Ryan Girdler was the judge)

3 - Haumole Olakau'atu
2 - Daly Cherry-Evans
1 - Dylan Walker

If Koula plays and hits things up like he has the last couple of weeks he has played, Harper may not get back in the side.
Tuipolotu is also going to put pressure on Garrick & Saab, and to some extent the centres, with his yardage out of our end.
No way Garrick will be under any pressure at all! He along with Trbo are the only certainties in Manly’s back 5…..

Guac putting up a nice early lead. Wonder how the scores would change if you had to spell their full names correctly for the points to be counted.
