Representative coaches

I am of the opinion that any rep coaches should not come from NRL clubs but rather ex players.
There will be less of **** players (Steve Turner, Brett White origin '08) getting a go in teams they do not deserve to be in and less disruption to NRL teams.
I would hate to loose Dessie for a few weeks to origin or a test match, traditionally these teams suffer during this period more so than others.
