I dont blame them for wanting as much as they can get. Good on them.

But the game is losing the battle on every level to AFL and soccer.

If the next TV deal drops, say 10%, are the players will to cop a 10% drop in payments?

In 10 years time I reckon NRL could be back on the ABC, the cricket is heading the same way (probably after this years Ashes). These games are dying rapidly.

Expansion is our only hope but they have to do it sooner rather than later. Watch the RLPA squeal when 30 members are relocated to Perth and 30 to Adelaide/Central Coast plus a second Brisbane team.
