Everyone’s twisting the NRLs own inconsistencies back in them now. It seems to be fair game calling out other incidences to protect your players.

How did the NRL allow themselves to get into this position where every week the biggest talking points are refs/ bunker calls?

This happens so often around origin. Maybe have suspensions not count for origin and they serve them starting from nrl round after origin?
Or only very serious charges result in origin ban. Tbh wouldn't need any of this if they were just competent and consistent. Let players bring in examples of similar incidents and their punishment without risk of extras weeks suspension.

I dont have any dramas with Kafusi being banned, but i'm still a bit puzzled Luai isnt banned when others have been. As usual, all we want is a bit of consistency and we dont get it.

About 55 seconds in is the Thaiday incident. If thats a weeks ban, so is Luai.

You can`t see any difference between the two ?
One is a direct aggression towards the central referee grabbing his shirt . Luai touched the side line official incidentally and immediately apologised .

I dislike Luai as much as most . But it was nothing like what Sam did .
