We had a player a few weeks ago who caught the ball over the line and got tackled illegally. Their argument then was they were consistent in those situations.

The last few weeks they have been looking at quite a few incidents for penalty tries.

Decoy has hit the inside shoulder... this should be a try

**** sake... so players can just setup on a decoy and if they get touched they can just fall over... can't wait to see zero consistency on that call next time it happens
