Last week was the first win in 5 games against a Dolphins side that played awful but still managed to put 30 points on us. The next two weeks will be the tell. My view of the coach's performance goes further than just the results and includes his selections on the field and the bench, the manner in which he has utilized the bench during games, our attacking structure and defensive structure and lastly the player's performance and effort which can be a reflection of how they feel about their coach. Yes we have played a couple of good games knocking off Canberra, Penrith and Melbourne but we got beaten by St George at Brookie, Parramatta, Newcastle, the Tigers and the Gold Coast and lost more games than we have won (10 - 12). That for mine is not a successful season it is very poor season. There are lots of excuses there always is.
