Grow up mate…..so it’s ok for some to carry on & bag the **** out of MY team but I can’t say anything? Show some respect???? Really? Maybe you lot need to show some respect to the team instead of moaning & whining & about everything & putting players down!
At no point had I commented on the team or their performances, instead I commented on the way you have failed to communicate effectively on an open forum instead resorting to putting another person down for having a difference of opinion. Your response to my comment only solidifies my original statement. We are a community, we are all here to express ourselves without people like you needing to bring that type of energy to each other.

Here is the thing with Seibold for me

Considering the state of our cap which is only just now starting to come right which has meant unbalanced squad something that any coach would struggle with.

Like I have said before the fact that the dogs were able to turn over 22 players from their squad in 3 years and take some average results helped Ciro to build the squad he wanted

Is the person to push the club forward? I am not sure but I do not think you can say he has been an awful coach when there has not been a heap of roster flexibility (and as I have said let’s get Foz back…)

I see you support posters that continuously put $hit on our team & approve of their antics but you refer to me as ‘people like you’. So I’m not entitled to stick up for my team in fear of offending you? I take as much as I give so yeah if it offends you don’t read my posts!

If by some miracle we end up making the finals, and play decently in them, then I'm not totally opposed to Siebold getting one more year. The fact that the boys didn't throw in the towel against the Dolphins gives me some hope that the squad aren't totally off him.

If he's lost the dressing room then I want him gone now.

Time will tell I guess.

Perhaps we experts know very little. Apparently the team is completely off DCE and yet we put in a total show for his 350th game? If we stick with Seibold nothing will change. about 10th on the ladder next year if we are lucky.

Last week was the first win in 5 games against a Dolphins side that played awful but still managed to put 30 points on us. The next two weeks will be the tell. My view of the coach's performance goes further than just the results and includes his selections on the field and the bench, the manner in which he has utilized the bench during games, our attacking structure and defensive structure and lastly the player's performance and effort which can be a reflection of how they feel about their coach. Yes we have played a couple of good games knocking off Canberra, Penrith and Melbourne but we got beaten by St George at Brookie, Parramatta, Newcastle, the Tigers and the Gold Coast and lost more games than we have won (10 - 12). That for mine is not a successful season it is very poor season. There are lots of excuses there always is.

This weekend has all the elements of what this team is.A game of importance against a bogey side who are coming off a big loss and for the most part, have hung in in every game, despite how poor their halves are and Manly who are still fighting for a finals berth and coming off a game they were up for,to celebrate a club legend(no matter what people think of him). The score line against the Dolphins just adds to this weekend’s worries.

Zero resilience, been our problem for years
