Salford (Sea Eagles)

Like it or not, there a few ex Manly players in the Salford team competing in the Super 8 Qualifiers.
Jackson Hastings, Joey Lussick , Lama Tasi and Luke Burgess. They just beat Toronto 28-16 and have now won 4 lost 0 in their quest to stay in the Super League. Hastings and Burgess were both sent off and Tasi had a spell in the sin bin.

Cheers, mate!! Bloody Tasi. Big unit...now that he's handled his drink problem...is he going well?

I don't think he would be able to cut it in the NRL. Probably take him a season to adjust to the different speed. However, he is doing ok but let's not overlook that Salford finished in the bottom four and if Hastings wasn't signed, I wonder if they would have held onto a Super League spot.

Salford finished top of the Qualifiers with ex Eagles, Hastings scoring a try and 7 goals, Lussick a try and .....Luke Burgess kicking a match winning goal. Salford 44 Toulouse 10
