We can carry one of those types, ONE. And my choice would be Jake, because he defends like his life depends on it. Even Brown fizzled out into obscurity to end the season.

Great depth signing for our last bench prop position. He will be battling it out with Toff I’d imagine. He’s been there done that too which is always a positive. Think we really need to get May and Bateman and we have a super hot pack.

As a depth signing he’s a great option , but we are still in need of a damaging young prop , maybe May ( although he obviously has issues ).

I’m of the belief in a long season you can never have enough forwards.

All the aforementioned players would run rings around Jrbo! Has to be the slowest forward in the NRL. Apart from defense offers very little. Love the bloke but BT & BFB anytime.

The case could be argued that this is simply a replacement for Aaron Woods. If that's the case.... it's a definite win.

1 year deal I'm happy with the risk. Train and trial deal if his knees are no good, he might not even make it to the top 30 otherwise a good solid experienced head off the bench fingers crossed it works out like Brown did.

He may well be the slowest, but how many of these fast forwards do you see getting their fingertips to the ball in the 78th minute to push the match winning field goal wide ?
